Your Stripe/Link receipt confirms the purchase, but it is not a Verbex download link. The original thank-you page can be used again while it remains in the same browser history. If you lose access, or need help with a file defect, compatibility question, or refund, email us from the address used at checkout and include the Stripe/Link receipt number. Never send card details.

• Licence: one purchase covers one buyer and one laboratory team or research group at one organization. Redistribution, resale, and publishing the source files are not permitted.
• Refunds: request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• Corrections: corrective replacements to the purchased v1.0 files are included. Future editions or feature updates are not promised.
• Scope: the templates are editable documentation scaffolds, not scientific, safety, legal, or regulatory advice. Worked examples and formulas require local review and validation.
